Usually I’ve had good experiences with mobile phones I’ve sent back to MusicMagpie but when I sent my pristine, working iMac back to them, they couldn’t even turn it on!
So from an original reasonable offer they then offered next to nothing. Nice try MusicMagpie. I rejected their offer and got the Mac back today. As predicted there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it and unlike their odd technical report which at first said “won’t power up”, now they’ve changed their report to say “item locked to account”. No not true. I cleared my Apple ID completely and checked that after wiping all my files that the computer rebooted successfully. My guess is that they don’t know there’s a discrete on/off push button on the back and they simply don’t know how to test iMacs. If I’d accepted their offer they’d have sold my machine for a very generous fat profit. I’m staying clear of them now and don’t trust them.

Sent an order for literally £15 , they received the item on the 17th July.
Haven’t even had an acknowledgment they received the order.
Messaged them twice had absolutely no reply.
Hardly living up to their claim it will be in your bank same day once received.

Absolutely shocking service and would never use again.
Usually I am very patient will things but have now ran out
